The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range engineered for professional kitchens that demand power, flexibility, and durability. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range provides ample workspace for high-volume cooking. Its rugged construction features stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, delivering long-lasting performance and a sleek, professional look. For safety and ease of use, a front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures stable gas pressure. The range is equipped with a standing pilot system for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. This model includes six patented, one-piece, cast iron burners that are lifetime clog-free and deliver 33,000 BTUs each for consistent, high-output performance. A 24” griddle top, available on either the left or right side, features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel surface with raised sides—perfect for cooking everything from breakfast items to burgers and stir-fry. Choose between manual controls for straightforward operation or thermostatic controls for more precise temperature regulation, depending on your kitchen’s needs. Two full-size standard ovens complete this range, each delivering 45,000 BTUs of even, reliable heat. With a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), these ovens are suitable for baking, roasting, and broiling. The oven interiors are finished in porcelain enamel and measure 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep—able to fit full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven includes one rack with two position side rails for adjustable cooking setups.
