The standing pilot system for the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition for oven bases provides dependable starting. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners at the rear for intense heat with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front for versatile sautéing and cooking.
The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175F to 550F (79C to 288C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14″ high x 26″ wide x 24″ deep and is designed to accommodate three racks with five-position side rails. The oven features a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the CO base to operate as a standard oven, providing flexibility and reliability for all types of cooking.
