The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments where reliability, power, and flexibility are essential. With a wide 60-3/4” footprint and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers expansive workspace to support high-volume cooking. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, it’s built to endure heavy daily use while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy control over the entire range, while a factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. For ignition, the open burners operate via a standing pilot, and the ovens feature battery spark ignition for fast, dependable starts. This model includes six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each rated at 33,000 BTUs. These burners are lifetime clog-free, delivering consistent heat output and easy maintenance. On the right side, a 24” raised griddle with under broiler expands your cooking capabilities, making it ideal for preparing breakfast items, sandwiches, or searing proteins. The griddle features manual controls for straightforward operation and precision cooking. The range also comes with two standard oven bases, each delivering 45,000 BTUs of evenly distributed heat. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), these ovens are ideal for roasting, baking, and finishing. Each oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, designed to accommodate full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements.
