Bill or Bob Mathias will meet with you to discuss what you are looking for and to go over options with you on any new projects. You will receive the VIP treatment you deserve and we will help you find the exact kitchen equipment you need.

We are an active participant in your planning meetings.

Mathias Food Service Equipment will be here, with you, to ensure that everything relating to your kitchen equipment, runs smoothly. We will attend your planning meetings and work closely with the general contractor.

We receive and inspect your equipment to ensure it is not damaged.

If equipment is sent directly to a restaurant, it is often not thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If you receive it, and later discover that it was damaged during shipment, it is often very difficult to return it back to the manufacturer. We have a strict protocol that we follow to ensure that we inspect everything we receive and send back equipment that is not delivered in the condition you expect.

We warehouse and stage your equipment.

To ensure you receive what you need, when we need it, we will warehouse the equipment at a location within proximity of your restaurant. This is when we will also put on the casters, screw on the attachments, and prep it for delivery. Then when you are ready for it to arrive in your kitchen, our professional and experienced team brings it to you.

Delivery and Set in Place

When we deliver your equipment, we take it off our trucks and bring it into your kitchen, putting it where it is supposed to go. This allows your electricians, plumbers, and other essential professionals to get straight to work on getting you ready for business.

Warranty Service Assistance

When your stove won’t light, your freezer isn’t where it needs to be, or your fryer isn’t heating the grease, the last thing you have time to do is to sit on the phone filling out warranty claims. You can call us, we have the necessary information on file, and will facilitate this process for you. This way you can focus on what matters, your business, and we can make certain that the suppliers we buy our products from are taking care of you.

Replacement / Upgrade Services

We have been in business since 1982 and we intend to be here for many more years. While the equipment we sell is the best available in the commercial kitchen industry, nothing lasts forever. When it comes time to replace or upgrade the equipment you have, we will pull the specs off of what you are using, discuss the features that matter to you, and bring you the replacement equipment you need.
